On 5th January 2022, we welcomed our baby boy Samar.
S-A-M-A-R (pronounced Sum-mer, like the season)

I was obsessed with this name during my pregnancy. I would even cry if R suggested keeping an open mind until the baby arrives (oh hormones)
It means fruit of paradise and includes our initials S and R.
I didn’t think such a simple name could be pronounced wrong by almost everyone who is not indian. I hope this post helps say it correctly.
